Are personality tests a waste of time?

Imagine that you are on the beach and in the magazine that you are reading there is a personality test, would you do it? I guess that your answer would be yes, it's only to have a good time. But, do you really think that personality tests are useful? Do you think that they are a waste of time? In that moment, you would be thinking about the test of your magazine. However, nowadays there are a lot of personality tests that can help companies find the perfect candidate who can do the job well. For that reason, these tests have a lot of tricks.
